Course 7 micro 1200

Course intended for professionals who want to get acquainted with the basic capabilities of the system SIMATIC S7-1200. During the course audience will introduce with the interface and capabilities of the hardware configuration and software environment TIA-PORTAL version V10.5, which since versiiV11, will also be used to program the controllers S7-300 and S7-400, as well as imaging system  based  on operator panels and SCADA-systems.

Prerequisite:

• basic knowledge in automate management systems;
• experience with OS Windows.

Content:

• familiarization with the CPU models in the line S7-1200, and also expansion modules;
• familiarization with the software package TIA PORTAL version 10.5;
• hardware configuration of the controller part and adjustment its properties;
• PLC tags. Their creation and use in the program, the debugging tools, and visualization;
• interface settings programming device for online connection and diagnostics;
• structure of the program, program manipulation, the technology subprogrammes;
• basic instructions of  bit logic and handling numbers;
• work with the data blocks and programming organizational units;
• Introduction to work with operator panels
• searching and troubleshooting
