Course MICROMASTER, MIDIMASTER intended for professionals involved in the installation, adjustment and service of variable frequency drives MICROMASTER, MIDIMASTER. Considers the application of converter MICROMASTER, MIDIMASTER and asynchronous electric motor for the implementation of various technological modes, methods of construction and optimization of closed automatic control systems with built-in frequency converter diagnostics of electric drive, and behavior in nonstandard and emergency situations.

1 Electromechanical properties of the asynchronous motor
1.1 Electromechanical energy conversion in asynchronous motor (AM). Equivalent circuit and vector diagram of AM.
1.2 Static characteristics of AM when powered from a voltage source. The influence of AM parameters with its static characteristics. Energy modes AM.
2 Frequency regulation of AM coordinates
2.1 Frequency converters. Construction principles. The system frequency converter - asynchronous motor (FC-AM).
2.2 Frequency regulation of coordinates electric drive in system FC-AM
2.3 Construction principles of closed systems of coordinates regulation AM
2.4 Vector management AM
3 Variable-frequency asynchronous electric driver based on MICROMASTER, MIDIMASTER converters
3.1 Purpose, basic functions, application area and the technical characteristics of converters.
3.2 Construction principle, functional and electrical circuit of the power converter. Connection of power converter circuits.
3.3 Construction principles and structural diagram of converter control. Open and closed structures speed control, AM moment regulation. Connect control and auxiliary circuits of the converter.

Laboratory training

1 Converter software. Converter panel control. Structure of the converter control using the control panel PMU. Basic Adjustment AM, converter, control circuits using the control panel. Diagnostic functions.
2 Parameterization of the analog inputs and feedback circuits of the electric drive. Parameterization operation modes, configurations and parameters regulators of the electric drive.
3 Selection of the structure electric drive according to the  technology requirements to the object of regulation. Stages of start-up and fettle the electric drive.
4 Study of static (adjustment, mechanical, electromechanical, power) and dynamic characteristics of the open and closed system of scalar management electric drive.
5 Study of static (adjustment, mechanical, electromechanical, power) and dynamic characteristics of the open and closed system of vector management electric drive.
