Types of the boiler houses

The boiler houses can be divided into types according to the way of the thermal sendout (hot water, steam, superheated water, thermal oil), to the purpose of use (heating, technological), to the type of the used fuel (gas, diesel, gas and diesel, residual, gas-and-oil, solid-fuel), to the version (block-modular, roof, stationary, built-on, built-in). The purpose of the boiler houses is the heat production for its further consumption.

The boiler houses, on which the steam boilers, which use the liquid fuel (residual oil, diesel fuel, oil of different types, waste oils etc.), are set, should have the necessary fuel storage tanks and units for preparation of this fuel for burning in the boilers. Generally, it’s a process of liquid fuel heating, required for pulverization of the liquid fuel in the burners for its total burning in the boiler furnaces.

The boiler houses, on which the steam boilers, which use the solid fuel (coal, peat, waste wood etc.), are set, besides the fuel storage tanks and its preparation for burning should also have gold removing shops and units, because the solid fuel can’t be burnt completely. Besides, the attention to the purification of the flue gas from the combustion products, and in particular from the products of incomplete fuel combustion (black etc.)

Steam boiler houses

In the steam boiler houses the heat supply is carried out due to the generation of the saturated or superheated stream by the boiler house. The steam boiler houses are the manufacturing boiler houses, in which is the usage of the steam for the production or productionally heating needs expected, in which there both the production and electric heating load. Both variants can be made both as the separate and semi-detached boiler houses according to the Customer’s request and requirements of the particular enterprise.

The steam boiler house can operate on the different types of fuel, such as gas (natural gas, liquefied gas), diesel fuel, residual oil, can have two types of fuel – main or reserve fuel, or emergency fuel (gas and diesel, gas and residual). The different types of the solid fuel (waste wood, coal etc.) and different types of the alternative fuel can be used as a fuel.

Water boiler houses

In the water boiler houses the heat supply is carried out due to the water, heat up in the boilers. The water boiler houses are mainly heating boiler houses, the production load through the water is used very rare. The water boiler houses are used by the parameters of the heat water up to 115 ºС. Besides, there are boilers, which use the so called superheated water. That means that the water can be heat up to the temperature more than 115 º С.

The water boiler house can be made in different variants. It can be the block-modular boiler house, roof and stationary boiler house, can be made both as the separate and semi-detached boiler house according to the Customer’s request and requirements of the particular enterprise. In the steam and water boiler houses the warmth is produced both with the use of steam and water. Such boiler houses always have the production and the electric heating load. Both the steam boilers and the water heating boilers are set in the stream and water boiler houses. The water heating boilers are used by the parameters of water up to 115 ºС, and as a rule, only for covering the necessary load on the heating, air ventilation and hot water supply. In this case the steam boilers in such boiler houses serve for the steam generation for its further use for the production needs.
