Structure of the standard block-built boiler house
The standard block-built boiler house includes the following equipment:
- Warm module, which consists of the “sandwich” modules
- Hot water boilers with the gas, diesel, fuel oil or multifuel burners;
- Automated water-conditioning plant ;
- Pumping group: influent water pumps; charge pumps, line pumps, hot water supply
- Membrane expansion tank;
- Charging tank for the demineralized water ;
- Equipment and pipelines of the heating and air ventilation systems, heat accounting systems,
- heat exchange units, equipment for the control and measuring equipment and automatics, electric power supply, signaling.
Cycle arrangement of the block-modular boiler houses is chosen according to the Customer’s requirements, i.e. can have single-loop circuit (direct circuit) or double-loop circuit (independent circuit) with the use of the heat exchange units.
Boiler, burner operation control, specified temperature regulation, water treatment system control, pump operation control are carried out automatically and requires no input from the operator by its normal operation.
