Modernization tasks:
- substantial reduction of the electric power consumption due to lack of inrush current, exclusion of rheostats for speed control;

- improvement of dynamic characteristics due to soft start and stop of mechanisms;
- exclusion of the rapidly wearing relays and contactors;
- simple diagnostics of equipment condition;
- shock-free operation of mechanisms and, as a result, saving the mechanical durability of the crane.

- frequency inverters – SIEMENS SINAMICS S120;
- control modules – CU320-2DP + terminal modules TM15;
- low-voltage complete device – SIEMENS, EATON, RELPOL;
- commissioning software – SIEMENS STARTER.

Results

- improved  reliability of crane;

- made crane operation and its maintenance more cost effective.
