ACS of TP of the feeding, transportation and removal of semi-finished products on the production line Burde on PJSC “Centravis Production Ukraine”.

1. Automation tasks:

• Three modes of operation: manual, semi automated and automated control modes. The main mode of operation – the automated mode;
• Displaying the diagnostic and error messages on the operation panel in case of failures;
• Simple and fast diagnostics of equipment condition;
• Stopping the operation for preventing the equipment breakdowns and failures while setting the operation modes if parameters exceed the preset values.

2. Selected solutions and scope of ACS:

• PLC SIMATIC S7-315-2 PN/DP, SIEMENS;
• Operator console with installation of the control panel Siemens OP77b and additional control buttons, SIEMENS;
• Replacement of the current inductive transducers, installation of the absolute encoders for node positioning (PEPPERL+FUCHS, BALUFF, LOVATO);
• Replacement of the control equipment (starters, intermediate relays);
• Creation of the single network Ethernet with the current CNC SINUMERIK PCU 50.3B-C
• Applied networks – Profibus DP, Industrial Ethernet;
• Local equipment control boards, SIEMENS;
• Different types of transducers, installed on the equipment (PEPPERL+FUCHS, BALUFF, LOVATO).

3. Visualization screens
