ACS of TP, electric power plant, control and measurement equipment

1. A scope of works in automation:

- ventilation systems П1; В1.1; В1.2;В1.3; В1. 4; В1.5; В1.6; В1.7;

- hot/cold water treatment;

- backup heat supply system (electric boilers ЭК1 and ЭК2);

- hot water supply system.

2. Selected solutions and scope of ACS:

∙ PLC SIMATIC S7-200, SIEMENS;

∙ equipment for control system, which is placed in the cabinet systems, by SIEMENS, Schneider Electric;

∙ applied networks – Ethernet;

∙ manual and automatic system control;

- local consumer control is carried out from the switchboard ЩА1 through the modules Romutec;

- automatic control from PLC which is placed in the automation switchboard ЩА1 or remote control through dispatching system from the central control room;

- water and air temperature control;

- protective functions of the systems work both in manual and automatic mode;

- water temperature protection of the heating unit in the ventilation systems  (+50С) and return water temperature protection;

- work of all systems  in the climate control mode;

- control of a status of all systems;

- automated operator’s workstation with installed SCADA WINCC for control of processes.
