ACS of TP of paper making machine №2, PJSC “Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill”, Obuhov

The project provides for further equipping of the existing cabinet CAB1 of the wet dust removal system БДМ-2, and namely:

• installation of the modules for input/output of the analog signals and signals of resistance thermometers into the existing controller S7-400 by SIEMENS;

• installation of the expansion module ET200M by SIEMENS with the discrete signal input module and communication with the existing controller S7-400 through the ProfiBus network;

• installation of the additional automatic circuit-breakers relays and terminal blocks on the existing and reinstalled cabinet’s assembling panel.

Automated control system for paper making machine №2 provides for:

• measurement and control of technical parameters of the control system for paper making machine №2;

• automatic and remote control of equipment and actuating mechanisms;

• input/output of analog signals from the existing system of controlled electrical drive for paper making machine №2;

• reception of emergency signals from the existing control system for shaft uplifting and emergency signaling;

Scope of works:

• development of design documentation acc. to the construction design and estimate documentation/ Automation, working project.

• PLC – S7-400 CPU 416-3 PN/DP, «SIEMENS»;

• expansion module – ET200M, «SIEMENS»;

• applied networks – ProfiBus DP;

• temperature sensors – TC1088, Elemer;

• pressure sensor, differential pressure sensor and level sensor – АИР-20, Elemer;

• flow sensor – Promass 80, Endress+Hauser;

• control valves – METSO and ARI-STEVI;

• shutoff valves – ARI-STEVI.
