ACS of section №3 of liquid medicinal products in bottles. Shop №1. Reconstuction of СІР system.

The project provides for installation of control cabinet and operator, which provide execution of the following tasks:
- washing of reactors, mobile collectors, filtration manifolds, material lines and filling machines according to the technological washing programs;
- automatic temperature control and WFI proportioning from the circulating loop into reactors and collectors;
- recording, storing and transmitting critical parameters;
- multilayer access to software with activity archivation.

Note: control and washing programs include manual manipulation with the existing manual valves and portable pumps with obligatory action timing through the operator panel  using promt messages.

Scope of works:
 - development of construction design and estimate documentation. Automation, working project:                - development of software for the system of washing process control                                                        - installation and development of automation systems – control cabinet, valve terminal cabinet.                  - on-site electric installation works and supervision works.                                                                        - commissioning of automation and control system.                                                                               - training for operation and process personnel,  recipe compilation, generation of paths of washing.
