- Programming the system of control for door-extraction machine and positioning system on battery
Solved tasks:
- Control of the traveling mechanisms;
- System of the machine positioning on the battery;
- Flexible system of the encoder calibration;
- Control of the car mechanisms: oil-pumping station, door extracting mashines, crossbar screws, cleaning devices, fuel levelers, pushing device;
- Interlocking system of the actuating mechanism;
- Flexibility in application and fault detection;
- Unified block library for the whole set of the coke machines;
- Conmunication with the high-level dispatching system. It allows tracking the current status and position of a car on the battery, and exchanging the standard messages without radio stations.
