Reconstruction of the transformer substation ЗТП-145 was carried out because of necessity of substation modernization for more reliable power supply diagram, and replacement of the outdated electric equipment and automatics.

Project has implemented the following works:

• replacement of the outdated high-voltage equipment 10 kW;
• replacement of the overhead attachment line ZTP-145 10 kW for a cable one;
• installation of the fiscal measurement on a high-voltage side10 kW;
• installation of the incoming cubicle and voltage transformer cubicle;
• installation of the relay protection based on Siprotec, ф.SIEMENS;
• replacement of the existing distributing gear 0,4 kW for distributing gear based on the technology
• SIVACON S8, by SIEMENS.

Relay protection system and automatic system for commercial accounting of power consumption

The relay protection system is based on the SIPROTEC Compact 7SJ80, which is used for an overcurrent protection of the feeders in the high and medium voltage systems with the grounded, solidly grounded, insulated or compensated neutral.

A compact unit 7SJ80 is a digital protection device with the integrated management and control functions, which assure all conditions of the efficient control of the electrical power system for achieving a high reliability level of the electric power supply to a consumer.

A goal of the implementation of the automatic system for commercial accounting of power consumption is receiving the reliable data concerning the consumption of the energy resources on the enterprise, as a consumer of electric power. As a unit for acquisition and processing commercial accounting data are used two electric meters (main and back-up) Actaris SL7000.
The automatic system for commercial accounting of the power consumption provides accurate and reliable information, received through the automated measurement, collection, processing, storage, presentation and documenting the measured electric power parameters. This allows receiving the accurate balance and records concerning consumption and output of the electric power and energy within the enterprise.
