Infocom ASIA introduced a new project for PJSC «Centravis Production Ukraine».

In October, 2014 our company INFOCOM ASIA has successfully completed the implementation of the new project -  «Modernization of ACS of TP of the feeding, transportation and removal of semi-finished products on the production line Burde».

    The Scope of work for this project included performing the following tasks:

• providing three modes of operation: manual, semi-automated and automated control modes. The main mode of operation – the automated mode;
• displaying the diagnostic and error messages on the operation panel in case of failures;
• simple and fast diagnostics of equipment condition;
• stopping the operation for preventing the equipment breakdowns and failures while setting the operation modes if parameters exceed the preset values;
• replacement of the control equipment (starters, intermediate relays etc.)

    The following equipment and technologies were used:  Siemens Simatic S7-315-2 PN/DP, WinCC flexible 2008, OP77b, Profibus, Industrial Ethernet, PLC SIMATIC S7-315-2 PN/DP, equipment produced by Pepperl&Fuchs, Baluff, Lovato, Siemens etc.
